It’s officially Fall! 🍂 Since it’s apple🍏 picking season and Halloween🎃 is around the corner, I said to myself “why don’t you do a review on Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, considering you use it daily.”

I first learned about Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar three years ago from a friend, who recommended it as an excellent DETOX. He claimed it was ‘a cure for all maladies’. Haha! I don’t believe that. You see it did help me lose belly fat, especially when I dilute and take it before breakfast.

Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar help reduce my acne breakouts for a long time, but it didn’t clear my skin. Such that whenever I drink it I have fewer breakouts, and lose so much weight. For some of you, the weight loss side effect might be a good thing but it isn’t for me because I am a regular size 4.
Considering that this product promotes weight loss, it is also effective in preventing and managing diabetes and high blood pressure. According to a 2006 Medscape General Medicine online research publication, Vinegar: Medicinal Uses and Anti-glycemic Effects. Vinegar was shown to reduce blood glucose levels by making insulin sensitive to sugar. This totally explains why I lost weight.
