Does WordPress.com Support AdSense?

Hello everyone! For the longest time, I have been wanting to put up this post but I keep putting it off because I felt it wasn’t in my niche. Ever since my last post about Website insecurity, I realized that it was OK to write a post to clarify the confusion about AdSense and answer a couple questions asked by those who want to monetize their WordPress Websites or Blogs

Question: Does AdSense work on WordPress.com

Answer: NO. WordPress only supports WordAds.

Question: Then how can I apply WordAds on my website?

Answer: Register for WordAds, if you qualify then you’ll start earning from third-party ads that are placed on your website through WordAds.

I also believe some of you guys may have heard that AdSense works on WordPress.org, this is true because those website/blogs on the WordPress.org platform are self-hosted.

Visit the WordPress forum to see what support agents and other bloggers are saying about this. I hope I was able to answer a few of your ‘AdSense on WordPress‘ questions.

Please leave other questions and contributions in the comment section below.

Thank you for reading.❤️
